3 medium potatoes, washed and pricked with a fork
drizzle olive oil
6 pork or vegetarian sausages
1 large courgette, sliced diagonally
You will also need metal skewers and plenty of tin foil
If you’re short of time, the potatoes can be microwaved for 5 minutes before seasoning, wrapping in foil and transferring to the BBQ for about 20 minutes.
And a trick!
When cool enough to touch, check the potatoes are done by sticking a fork or knife in, if it goes in easily its ready to eat!
