Baked Bean Nachos

Perfect for a party, these nachos make use of Branston’s rich, thick, tomatoey sauce to add a delicious topping alongside the classics.

Serves: 4

1 avocado, deseeded and peeled
1/2 lemon, juiced
230g packet tortilla chips
120g grated Cheddar cheese
sour cream
jalapeños to taste

And don't forget the special ingredient...
1x 410g tin of Branston Baked Beans

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mash avocado; mix in lemon juice and set aside.

Step 3

Arrange the tortilla chips in an ovenproof dish or 6 ramekins if making individual portions. Top with the Branston Baked Beans and cheese.

Step 4

Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling. Spoon over avocado, jalapeños and sour cream. Enjoy!
