Branston Bean and Nduja Toastie

Ingredients
Serves 1
100g Branston Beans
2 slices of white bread
20g salted butter
30g Nduja sausage
30g grated extra mature cheddar
30g grated mozzarella
10g grated parmesan
Method
- Butter the outsides of both slices of bread.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan onto the butter and press lightly with your fingers.
- On the right side (the one without butter) of one slice of bread, spread half the Nduja sausage and Branston Beans.
- On top of the Nduja, layer on the grated mozzarella and grated cheddar.
- Take the other slice of bread. On the right side (without butter) spread half the Nduja.
- Place the second slice of bread on top of the rest of the sandwich, making sure that the buttered side is on the outside.
- Next, place an oven-proof pan lined with grease-proof paper on the hob over medium heat.
- Put the sandwich onto the greaseproof paper and cook until the bottom slice has browned.
- Flip the sandwich over and cook until the top slice of bread has browned.
- Place the sandwich in the oven for 10 minutes or until the filling is hot and melted. Enjoy!
